Can I reply to the answer from my doctor?

What should I do if the answer does not arrive even after more than 48 hours from consultation?

Please inform us from the inquiry address that the answer does not arrive. We will correspond.

You can cancel your consultation before doctor answers it. There is a cancel button in detail page.

Is consultation free?

You need to pay by credit card to consult in the app. Charges are listed on the app.
